The Naft-Expert Expert Club and the PetroMining Association have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The document was signed on behalf of the club by its moderator, Sabit Almauytov, and on behalf of the Association - by its Director, Sayat Boranbekov. The Memorandum unites the mutual efforts of the parties to achieve common goals and establish fruitful cooperation.
The purpose of cooperation between the parties is to establish partnerships and develop long-term, effective relationships aimed at implementing joint ideas and projects. The Memorandum was signed for 3 years with subsequent extension for the same period.
The plan is for Naft-Expert and PetroMining to cooperate in the following areas:
Where necessary, the PetroMining Association shall consider the possibility of involving the Naft-Expert Club to discuss issues in the oil and gas industry, including draft legislation.
Note: The first meeting of the Naft-Expert Expert Club took place on November 15. The club, participates in public works to develop the oil, gas and mining industries, on a non-profit basis.
The club’s activities are also aimed at supporting measures to develop production; train and improve the skills of specialists, and help improve the investment environment and scientific resources of the industry.
